We have worked hard to streamline the Claims procedures for you.
All commercial vehicle claims are handled by yourselves directly with the insurer, providing greater efficiency and convenience.
You know what is going on and are able to provide the necessary service to you client.
Only the Truckcover Transit policies placed with AXA need to be reported to us.

Who to Contact
Goods in Transit
Any damage to or loss of the load will be dealt with by the Goods In Transit Insurers, this includes;
- Removal of Debris and Site Clearance
- Transferring Property to any other vehicle and carriage of the property to its original destination
- Reloading of any property which has fallen from the vehicle and resecuring the load
- Damage to or loss of Containers (not owned by the policyholder), Tarpaulins, Sheets, Ropes, Chains and similar
Windscreen Claims
Most Comprehensive policies provide unlimited cover and are subject to a policy excess. Where the windscreen can be repaired rather than replaced insurers usually waive the policy excess.
Top Tip - Always Carry A Camera
It is a really good idea to advise your clients to carry a camera in their vehicles. Taking pictures at the scene of an accident can provide vital evidence when wanting to exonerate your client.
