Cartel Claims – Register Your Interest

Since July 2016, the European Commission completed a five-year investigation. They found that six major truck manufacturers had unlawfully coordinated the pricing of trucks over a 14-year period, from 1997 – 2011.
The following manufacturers were involved:   MAN, Volvo Group (which includes Volvo Trucks and Renault Truck) Mercedes-Benz parent company Daimler, Iveco DAF and more recently Scania (with regards to Scania, we understand that the decision is being appealed which may delay when we can start the claim).
