At Ratcliffes, we believe in personal service, and taking ownership of your enquiry. We don’t pass our customers from person to person, and we won’t transfer you to another department to run through your details again (we know how annoying that can be).
All our experienced staff have their own direct phone lines and email addresses – there’s no time-consuming call answering system, or ‘press nine for claims’. We don’t just talk about being customer focused – we live it.
